Reconstruction is the best perk. It's unique to DSC weapons of course, but also it's just so good. Redirection is good/fine, but I'd take Reconstruction + anything over almost any other perk combo on Trustee. I would use your #2 Trustee, with Arrowhead + Flared, and be very very happy with it.
